NYC highlightsI didn't want to make the post the similar to the one with meeting Jesse, so here is the short version of some awesome events that happened to me in NYC (including meeting Andrew).
Yeah, two months too late but what the hell...
While in NYC seems like you should do the following:
CLICK TO READ-- walk barefoot on green grass in Bryant Park
-- go and finally see the spectacular "Death of a Salesman" and die a bit over the drama, see Liv Tyler, that hot guy from Dixie Chicks, and then, go backstage and talk to the actors.
Besides the guys from the play, I met Laura Linney (very sweet and charming), Andrew Busch (totally unexpected), and some other guys.
Yes, I MET ANDREW. Yes, he's fucking adorable. Yes, I talked to him. Oh yes, I HUGGED HIM.
He's really sweet in person. Nope, he had no idea I was a fan. He thought I was a friend of his friend, so niiice.
Philip Seymour Hoffman is such a nice guy btw.
-- have drinks with the actors after
-- go see financial center, check 40-foot tall palm trees and walk down to the pier where you can enjoy the view of New Jersey across from Hudson river
-- walk all the way through Brooklyn bridge, go down to the parks, enjoy view of Manhattan and Brooklyn Bridge across from East River
-- stumble upon your fave stylish girl Olivia Palermo and her boyfriend
-- see "Two Guvnors" on Broadway, laugh at the jokes, and meet the actors later in the subway to chat up. Jemima Rooper is such a sweetie
-- run through Broadway showing off your bra and get applause from the actors/crew on strike
-- do crazy shopping like the world is ending, proclaim Michael Kors your custom designer
-- see "Once" on Broadway, get teary and say thanks to the leading actor later (cute guy btw)
-- catch Fleet Week and enjoy talking/flirting with the sailors
-- see the movie and get email from the leading actor of the same movie right after
-- check NBC studio
-- love living in gay-friendly/artistic Chelsea
-- party and have free drinks at your fave fashion shop, enjoy hand massage at Joe Malone corner in Bloomingdales, hang in the comic stores, and ditch love for Macy for Bloomingdales
-- see NYC changing its colors at the rooftop bar
-- also... many, many other things...
I miss the city so much.
